Michelle opened M designs in 2005 after a metal-smithing class inspired her to designÊa bracelet which sold so quickly she could barely make them fast enough. A year and many pieces later, Michelle sells her work to exclusive boutiques around the United States. Working in Sterling silver and Gold filled materials, she stamps, ages, and constructs each piece by hand, often times offsetting the metal with semi precious stones or crystals. Her stampings are meant to provoke thought inspired by her belief that life should be more than what is on the surface; it should be about learning new things, being gracious and kind and smart.
