Eco Gifts for Christmas
As I strolled pass the stores in the mall this afternoon, I was impressed with the Christmas decorations and glittering lights coming from the white lit trees and colourful bells. In less than two weeks’ time, Christmas is here! For those who are hosting parties, try to use washable cutlery instead of disposable ones! And those who are shopping for gifts, choose eco gifts for the good of Mother Earth!
Though I’m not one of those who host parties every Christmas, I make it a point to gather few friends for a nice lunch or dinner. What is nice is the time where everyone starts to exchange gifts – it is a nice and memorable gesture. I told hubby I would like a set of equestrian apparel and I am just not sure if he is granting me my wish! Oh yes, I just bought a couple of eco bags for my girl friends from Envirosax and I know they are going to love it.
If you want to add a special touch to your eco gifts, try getting creative with recycled materials and make a card, sew a bag or design something for your loved ones. I’m sure they will appreciate the thought and the efforts, what more, they will be encouraged by your love to go eco friendly!
