It’s quite hard to stop my boys from turning on the tv when the weekends is here. Somehow, it’s been an important entertainment machine for them.
We don’t have a big tv and hubby is talking about getting a bigger one when we move into our new house. He’s thinking of a samsung tvs and I would leave him to decide on what he likes to have. We both have our own ‘department’ to take care of and it works well for both of us. It would be bad if both of us have to disagree on everything and so this decision is good for both parties. It makes us happier that way too!

The world economy is bringing lots of bad news everyday. My husband has been updating me of the world’s financial events and somehow it isn’t looking good.

I was talking to a friend in the steel drums business and he was sharing about the challenges he is experiencing. I believe we just have to be wise and vigilant during these hard times. If not for our lasik treatment, hubby and myself will be ordering our designer reading glasses this year but lasik helps to eliminate this hassle for now! I don’t mind wearing fashionable and designer glasses as the designs are pretty cool these days. I used to enjoy visiting my optician cos I get to change ‘my look’… it is so vain! Having lasik done means I can delay glasses for many years but I can still look out for trendy sunglasses!
