You can find many teenage women or young women dressing their best anytime of the day. And if you care for some creative and artistic looks, check out Harajuku on Sundays. This is the trendiest part of tokyo where the young and creative teenagers parade their costumes in display on the streets - it is fun to watch!

But artistic or not, I can be certain that the Japanese people take pride in their appearance and their culture. And I hope to learn something good from their cutlure too.
