The one thing I wished I had learned well when I was a teenage girl was to know how to sew well. I am rather hopeless in sewing a straight seam, I just don’t know why. I admire those who can sew their own clothes, kids’ accessories, table cloths, curtains and even car covers! This is one craft that can allow one to be creative and fluid in churning out lots of cool, chic things on earth! Probably I can pick up hand sewing instead which is easier to control than a machine that’s just too fast for my fingers! Then again, quilting and knitting may be just as fun too. I may be able to sew handmade gifts for my friends and family and who knows, get into this flea market biz.
